Epitrochlear Lymph Nodes

Since the axillary basin is commonly regarded as the primary lymphatic target of all upper limb disorder, the normal and abnormal aspects of the epitrochlear lymphatic station are not well known. Epitrochler lymphatic nodes are placed above the medial epicondyle of the humerus, medial to the basilic vein. Swollen elbow (epitrochlear) lymph nodes are good indicator of HIV infection.
